How we protect your project budget
We believe the client should know what they are paying for and at which stage they pay. These are the rules we work by in every project.
Thirteen commitments we keep
- Studying the project's needs first
- Defining the scope of work clearly
- Stating the cost before implementation starts
- Dividing the project into phases with defined deliverables
- Dividing payments into stages tied to implementation
- The full project fee is never requested upfront
- The client can follow progress and review the completed stages
- Previews and agreed deliverables are shown during implementation
- We move to a new stage only according to the agreed plan
- The cost of anything outside the project scope is explained before it is carried out
- The cost of hosting, licences and external services is stated separately
- The system is tested before final delivery
- Support after delivery according to the agreement
Staged payment is not just a payment method. It protects both sides and ties each payment to real progress in the project.
Our goal is not to collect the largest advance payment, but to build a project that can be delivered, measured and reviewed step by step.
What you see before each payment
We never ask for the full project fee upfront. The fee is split into three payments, and each is preceded by evidence you can check yourself.
| Payment | The evidence you hold |
|---|---|
| 40%On approving the written offer | An offer with written scope, acceptance criteria and a phase schedule. |
| 30%When a working version is shown | A version that works, which you try yourself. |
| 30%On acceptance and approval | The test results and the acceptance criteria you confirmed in writing. |
Final files are handed over after the last payment. This is the implementation schedule; the paid diagnostic has the terms described above.
Questions you may have before you start
What if a phase is not accepted?
We return to the written acceptance criteria. If the work does not meet them, we correct it and present it again, and the next payment does not fall due until you confirm the phase is accepted.
What if I want to stop after the diagnostic?
You are not obliged to continue with us. The report and the fixed offer stay with you, and you can carry them out with us or with someone else.
What if I want to add something mid-way?
We describe the request, price it and state its effect on the dates, and we start only after you agree in writing. The original scope and its acceptance criteria stay as they are.
Read the offer before you decide
Ask us for a written offer with the scope, phases, acceptance criteria and separate costs. Pay nothing before you have read it.
