Here we say honestly what this website collects and what it does not, and how we handle what you share with us when you get in touch or during projects.

Who is responsible for your data

What this website collects
The website consists of static pages with interactive demonstrations using sample data. It does not require a real account, and the website code adds no cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The website is served through Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not build a profile of you from it.
If you choose a currency for displaying prices, your browser may keep your choice for the length of the visit. That choice stays on your device and does not reach us.
Demo form entries and files you select for preview are processed inside your browser and are not sent to us. Demo changes are temporary and are cleared when you reset the demo or reload the page. Use sample data and files only; logins, requests and messages inside the demos are simulations, not real accounts or service requests.
When you get in touch
Contact happens through WhatsApp, e-mail or an external booking link, if there is one. When you use any of them you leave this website, and the operator's terms and privacy policy apply, such as WhatsApp, which Meta operates.
We receive what you write and the channel you used, which may include your name, your business and information you chose to share.
- We use it to reply to you, understand your need and prepare a written offer.
- We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We keep it as long as needed to reply to you and, if you become a client, as long as contract and accounting records require.
- You can ask us to delete messages that are not needed for those records.
Client project data
The signed agreement governs data that clients share during projects, and these rules apply:
- We build on aggregated, anonymised or sample data wherever possible.
- Personal data of the client's customers stays in the client's own accounts.
- It is not entered into any external tool or service without the client's written consent.
- If sensitive health, financial or personal data is needed, we work inside the client's environment with temporary permissions and a data-processing agreement.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to deliver the work, such as e-mail, messaging and hosting providers, and where the law requires it.
Transfers across borders
We work from Egypt, the website is served through a global network, and your messages may pass between countries depending on the channel you use. We handle personal data under the data-protection law that applies to us, which includes Egypt's.
Your rights
The law that applies to you may give you rights that include seeing your data, correcting it, deleting it, objecting to its processing and withdrawing your consent.
Write to info@nexmizan.com to use any of them, and we reply within the time the applicable law requires.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and not at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
Changes to this policy
If what we do with data changes, we update this page and change the last-updated date above.
